Lynn brings over 18 years of Insurance, Financial Services, and Mortgage Lending experience; plus over 20 years of business consulting experience. Lynn has worked with 3 of the top 25 insurance companies in the United States, and was an investment advisor with his own consulting firm. He has worked in the credit union industry, and has served in two mega-churches as an administrator and consultant. In 1991 he started his own business consulting company writing business plans, marketing plans, and strategic plans for startup to mature companies. He assisted in locating venture capital and expansion capital, as well as formulated strategies for joint ventures and strategic alliances for his client companies. He has spent the last two years researching Internet investment scams, how they operate, and the inordinate amount of time it takes law enforcement to even consider doing an investigation, and then shutting down the fraudulent company. In working with others, who are now a part of the team, he was encouraged to consider putting together a company to help stop Internet investment fraud. Thus Eagle Research Associates, Inc. was formed.

He is a graduate of Ball State University with a BS Degree majoring in Business Administration and Political Science.

Bert is the Senior Pastor of St. Marks United Methodist Church in Carmel, IN. Bert graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and worked in banking for five years before being called to the ministry. Bert has chaired boards with the South Indiana Foundation of the United Methodist Church, a large comprehensive care retirement community in Franklin, IN; and is currently the chair of the “Called Anew/Sent with Love” capital funds drive to assist ineffective pastors find another vocation.

Bill graduated from the University of Texas and spent 9 years in Telecommunications and Data Processing prior to moving into the mortgage banking sector in 1984. He has been a Senior Manager with private and public Federally chartered institutions and mortgage banking companies, having worked on both coasts and the central U.S. Bill has direct experience managing capital markets, loan production, operations and has an extensive consulting background. Bill and his investment partners are acquiring a Federally chartered savings bank with the transaction expected to be completed by the early fall of 08.
