WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT JOIN EITHER OF THESE PROGRAMS!

We had planned on doing an in-depth article on DNA and NarcThatCar for our website.  Due to the ever changing events surrounding both of these companies on a daily basis, we realized any information we would provide would be outdated before it was uploaded to our website.

So instead we are just going to give this WARNING!  Both of these programs are an illegal pyramid scheme.  They are illegal because they have no product to sell by their members. All the members can do is recruit more people to join, which makes them an illegal pyramid. The only entities that have a product to sell, and we doubt there is a need for the license plate data to anyone, is the ‘data’ they offer to companies.  We also know who is “Promoting” these programs, and this alone is reason enough for us to warn you against joining, but to run the other way as fast as possible.

The only thing we do know they have that would be of use to companies is:  the names, addresses, phone numbers and E-mail addresses of their membership.  This data has a huge demand, as well as a high value on what a company would pay for this information.  Banks, Repo Companies, Law Enforcement Agencies, Amber Alert, all have their own systems, and would not use DNA or NarcThatCar’s database of license plate numbers.

If you would like to know more about either of these companies, use our contact us link.
